The location and design of station buildings, bus terminals and other structures will be confirmed as planning work continues.

Located along the boundary of the City of Toronto and York Region, Steeles Station will be the transit hub for the southern part of the Yonge North Subway Extension. The station will put the subway withing walking distance for 8,600 people and 3,400 jobs.

Steeles Station will make the transit network stronger through a major bus terminal that will connect the subway to local bus routes that serve Toronto and York Region, as well as a future TTC rapid transit line proposed to connect communities along Steeles Avenue.
