I don't think this would be a good location for a stop. The TTC is looking at LRT options in the area, which is better suited as there doesn't appear to be much space for a station at this location.

I think this area is better served with the waterfront LRT proposal that keeps coming up as a high priority project.

Too close to Exhibition and Dundas-Bloor stations dividing ridership.
nearby Queen-Dufferin has higher density potential with more condo development, 3 GO lines, UP Express, Smartrack, and potential station for Downtown Relief line extension from City Hall station (whenever built).
Park Lawn has greater need and density, an added stop at Roncesvalles for a few passengers (and again at Exhibition?) will slow down travel times
