Why not add the fourth track on the West side of the existing tracks, or better yet in the middle where there is space? Adding it on the East side intrudes with the Railpath and residential areas. It seems it would be much better if the fourth track was added to the other side of the rail corridor.

Will there be any work at night on the railpath and for what component and if so explain how you will ensure there will be no noise impacts to residents who live right beside the project
