This area has had a dramatic influx in high density housing. On this map there are no other stations, holding that true this station could get some decent usage and hold more potential due to future growth.

I believe a new station at Kipling would be beneficial. I disagree with the evaluation of this station's potential. Traffic in the area has grown dramatically in recent years. The 44 Kipling South is now one of the busiest bus routes with a new express bus being added this month. Humber College continues to expand their campus two blocks away from proposed station. This station is also steps away from the Province's largest correctional facility where people serve their sentences on weekends. Local businesses employ lower income people who rely on transit to get to work. It is very difficult to get to another GO station from this location, making Kipling a good location for a new stop.
