Building this station to connect to the Relief line just makes sense. Doesn't the connectivity measures look into what is also planning on being built currently? Not reading this station high on connectivity seems like the review is missing out on the benefits of planning all these things at the same time.

Of the stations on the Lakeshore East line between the Don River and Main Street, this station makes the most sense from a community building perspective in my opinion. The redevelopment potential is great, and the access to an area that is growing in population already just makes sense. A GO Station here needs to be balanced with the decision on the Relief Line.

Gerrard Square makes a lot of sense. There is a lot of redevelopment potential, due to surrounding lands, connectivity with the Queen streetcar and future DRL. I highly recommend this, I used to live in the Riverdale area and wondered (five years ago) why there was no GO station at Gerrard Square since station spacing is similiar to Union-to-Exhibition.

I'd rate it a "Medium" from a Connectivity perspective when it becomes a DRL interchange. So while "Connectivity" might be "Low" today, it's really a future "Medium"

Connectivity to a future Relief line is crucial and very probably here.

Add that to connection with an existing trip generator/employment centre in Gerrard Square, along with a short walking connection to the Gerrard/Carlton street car and this is just the spot.

If 2 stations are east of the Don (prior to Danforth/Main) this is the highest priority. The second is unilever/Queen.
