The area is not a major employment centre and very close to downtown. I doubt many passengers from the outskirts would use this station to get to their office versus driving.

This location is better than the west mall location and is seeing some major developments right now.

I don't think this would be a worthwhile investment of limited transit dollars. Not really an accessible location.
