With the streetcar connections provided at this location there is good connectivity to northern downtown and the universities, and Gerrard East.

Near a high density area with good transit connections with potential for further development and social benefit through giving high speed access to a low incomes area: This station is a must!

this GO line is not electrified and there is plan for a relief subway propably going through this area (relief line should be number one priority in the region). Analysis for this station (along with other two) should be pushed back after relief line stations are finalized, and take into consideration that this GO line will not be electrified.
