The Finch route is one of the higher ridership routes and Finch in this corridor is higher density with many multi-unit buildings and townhouses. Providing this express link to downtown should provide some decent usage and city building via better transit access to lower income families.

An essential station connecting the high ridership Finch East route with RER/SmartTrack. It would be great if you could take a train from this station directly to Scarborough Centre. Hopefully some type of spur to that location will be considered. With some zoning modifications, development potential could be very high.

This is an important stop regardless of what happens with the RT vs LRT vs Subway debate in Scarborough.

North Scarborough needs proper transit desperately and this would be great to connect people into the network or directly into downtown.

Finch is a also a major feeder bus that goes to Yonge subway, add a station here would relieve some of the Yonge subway stress.
